Sleep Formula contains magnesium bisglycinate, B6, B5, B3, L-tryptophan, chamomile extract, and passionflower, ingredients with long traditions in herbal medicine and nutritional science, combined in one daily formula.

• Magnesium contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system. The beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake equivalent to at least one source of magnesium.

• Vitamin B6 contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
• Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological functions.
• Niacin (B3) contributes to normal psychological functions.
• Niacin (B3) contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
• Pantothenic acid (B5) contributes to the normal synthesis and metabolism of certain neurotransmitters.

HOW TO USE IT

Typically 1–2 capsules in the evening before bedtime
