Return policy
You have 14 days full right of return from the day you receive your order, according to Danish consumer law.
To be eligible for return, the item must:

Be unused and in the same condition as when received

Be in original packaging

Not be damaged by improper use
How to return an item

Return costs
The customer pays for the return shipping themselves, unless:

The item is defective.

The product has been delivered incorrectly.

An error has occurred on our part.
We recommend that you send with tracking, as we cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost during return shipping.
Refund
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email.
If your return is approved:

Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

The amount will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
Shipping costs are not refundable unless there is an error on our part.
Defective or damaged goods
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with pictures and order number so we can quickly find a solution.

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend that you:
