Lion's Mane (Hericium erinaceus)

Also known as the bearded tooth mushroom. For centuries it has had a firm place in Asian cooking and in the Chinese herbal tradition. Ours is made from an extract of the fruiting body, meaning the mushroom you can actually see, and not from mycelium grown on grain, which is the cheap route. Standardised to 40% beta-glucans, which gives 400 mg per daily dose.
