The Core: terms

The Core is Nurocore's customer club. This page explains how the club works today.

Who can join

You're in once you have an account with Nurocore. You create it with a code sent by email, so there's no password. It's free, and you have no obligation to receive emails from us.

If you shop without logging in, you still earn points. They'll be waiting when you log in with the email you shopped with.

How you earn points

You get 1 point for every DKK 10 you pay for goods. We count after discounts and without shipping, so the part you pay with points earns no points. We round down to whole points per order, so an order of DKK 299 gives 29 points. The points land when the payment has been taken. That usually happens when the goods are shipped.

You get 25 points for your account, once.

You get points for each mission once:

  • Add your birthday: 10 points
  • Take the interview: 10 points
  • Compare your old supplement in the calculator: 10 points
  • Build a bundle: 10 points, the first time an order has two different products that count towards your bundle
  • 6 months as a member: 25 points
  • 12 months as a member: 25 points

The months count from the day you became a member.

Refer a friend

You get 100 points for each friend who shops with Nurocore for the first time through your link. There's no limit on the number of friends.

The points are on the way for 30 days, counted from when your friend's order is paid. After that you can use them. If your friend returns the whole order, we take the points back.

Only your friend's first order counts, and points are given for one friend per household, meaning one delivery address. A friend at your own address doesn't count, and you can't refer yourself.

Your friend gets the ordinary welcome like all other members and nothing extra.

How you use your points

5 points are DKK 1 off. You use them in the cart in fixed steps, when you're logged in:

  • 125 points: DKK 25
  • 250 points: DKK 50
  • 375 points: DKK 75
  • 500 points: DKK 100
  • 1,000 points: DKK 200
  • 1,250 points: DKK 250
  • 1,500 points: DKK 300
  • 2,000 points: DKK 400
  • 2,500 points: DKK 500

When you use a step, we deduct the points and you get a discount code that only works for you. The code can be used once and has no expiry date. If the discount is bigger than the order, the rest isn't saved.

If you take the code out of the cart, you don't get the points back, but the code stays on your account for a later order.

The code can be used together with the 5 % in Build your bundle. It can't be used with other discount codes that take a percentage or an amount off the price, such as the Founding discount.

The amounts here are in Danish kroner (DKK). If you shop in another currency, we convert at the rate the shop uses on your order.

When you send something back

If you return a whole order, we take back the points it gave. If you return part of an order, we take back a matching share.

If the order gave points for the Build a bundle mission, we take those back too when the whole order has been returned.

If you've already used the points, your balance can go below zero. New points then go towards covering the minus first.

If you used a discount code from points on the order, the points don't come back automatically. Write to us and we'll look at it.

Points aren't money

Points can't be exchanged for cash, and they can't be moved to another person.

Expiry

Your points don't expire today. If we change that, we'll write to you before it happens.

Changes

We may change the rules of The Core. We'll tell members before a change applies.

Emails

Membership and emails are two separate things. Newsletters are a separate yes, and you can say no thanks and keep your points.

Personal data

The Core uses your email, your name, your address, your orders, your points history and your birthday, if you add it yourself. How we handle your data is explained in our privacy policy.
