Ashwagandha (Withania somnifera) has its roots in Ayurveda, one of the world's oldest health traditions, dating back more than 3,000 years. The plant is also known as Indian ginseng, and the root has traditionally held a central place.

KSM-66 is not just ashwagandha. It is one of the most studied and documented ashwagandha extracts on the market, a full-spectrum root extract made exclusively from the root and not from leaves or stem. It is standardized to 5% withanolides, the naturally occurring bioactive compounds in the root, and manufactured without the use of chemical solvents.

Recommended use: 1-2 capsules daily with a glass of water. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded.
